肝癌治疗中介入疗法

1 资料与方法

随着对肝癌诊治研究的进步，经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术（tace）、ct或b超引导下经皮肝穿刺无水酒精（或蒸馏水）注射术已成为治疗肝癌中广泛应用的方法。本文总结分析生存期超过5年的30例肝癌患者的临床资料，探讨介入方法在治疗肝癌中的应用价值。

【abstract】 objective the approach to the long term survival of the patients with liver cancer.methods from june，1992to october，1998，30patients have survival for more than5years since they are found sufferring from liver cancer in our department.their characteristics are analysed.results each patient who has survival for more than5years has received individual and comprehensive treatment such as continuous intervention，absolute alcohol inˉjection，etc.conclusions inorder to gain long term survival，individual intervention is an effective approach for paˉtient with liver cancer and its recurrence.

【摘要】 目的 探讨介入疗法配合综合治疗使肝癌病人获得长期存活的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析1992年6月～1998年10月我科诊治生存期超过5年的30例肝癌治疗中介入方法的应用与效果。结果 30例生存期5年以上肝癌均根据病情接受了个性化、连续的介入化疗栓塞术（tace）和（或）无水酒精注射术（pei）等综合治疗。结论 介入方法的个性化应用配合肝切除等治疗是肝癌及复发肝癌病人获得长期生存的有效治疗方法。
