    山东医大基础医学院学报000311 摘要 目的:增加对坏死性外耳道炎的认识,为临床积累资料。方法:对1例坏死性外耳道炎行乳突根治术及抗生素治疗,术后坚持局部清洁换药,并对临床资料加以分析。结果:1例ⅲ期患者炎症治愈,面瘫无恢复。结论:此病的治愈除有赖于早期诊断和及时进行根治性清创手术配以全身治疗外,术后坚持不懈的局部清洁换药尤为重要。
